Two Town Departments Merge
The Town of Sahuarita Planning and Zoning Department and Building Safety Department have been merged into one department effective July 1, 2010.
The new department is titled the Planning and Building Department. This change has been made for efficiency and budgetary reasons. This reorganization will allow the Town to continue providing effective public service.
Sarah S. More, formerly the Planning and Zoning Director heads the new department. Pam Little, formerly the Senior Plans Examiner, serves as the Building Official/Fire Marshal.
