The Court is established by Arizona law to hear violations of the Town Code as well as all misdemeanor and traffic violations of the State committed within the Town limits. The Court issues Orders of Protection, Injunctions Against Harassment and Injunctions Against Workplace Harassment.
The Court also provides additional services. We issue Marriage Licenses and Passports on specific days. Limited Notary Public Services are also available. You should contact the Court on the day that you will come in for these services to ensure the availability of an issuing agent, and to confirm that your documents are items the Notary Public may notarize.
